This project is inspired by the legend of the Piaroa tribe, which tells of a peak hidden deep in the Amazon forest where all the sounds in the world can be heard. Each sound can be found here, reflected like an echo by the rocks, the trees and the water of the stream.

Provoked by this idea of mystical topography, we embarked on a sonic exploration of space, mixing shards of electroacoustic music with live experimentation on modular synthesisers, field recordings and traditional instruments. This tracks are extracts from a live show which was presented at the INA Sound Festival as part of the GRM showcase. They were mixed in the RBMA Studios at the Gaité Lyrique in Paris.
